We’re looking for a demand generation Rackstar who can come up with marketing strategies and plans. You’ll need to understand business goals and translate these into successful, integrated and creative campaigns.

Along the way you’ll work with a fantastic team of Rackers, from data, sales, product, support and senior leadership. They’ll be plenty of scope to try new things, whilst hitting those all-important marketing metrics.

Our new Rackstar will:

  • Plan, deliver, monitor and enhance marketing programs in line with business objectives and industry best practice.

  • Take go-to-market strategies and turn them into actionable and measurable marketing programs.

  • Understand customer pain points, buying journeys and personas; you’ll use these to plan, design, and execute marketing programs to drive interest and demand.

  • Execute on-time, and to budget.

  • Set campaign targets and interrogate results, with the freedom to tweak and change to hit metrics.

  • Come to the table with bags of new ideas and tools to test and improve results.

  • Collaborate with other Rackers across product marketing, marketing operations, and sales teams to develop campaign messaging, tactics, and media mix.

  • Act as a marketing champion, selling-in campaigns/new approaches to senior management and sales.

Key Performance Indicators

KPIs include:

  • Contribution to business metrics: Leads, MQLs, SQLs and opportunities

  • Campaign performance such as Open Rates, Click-Through Rates, Form Submits

  • Marketing Return On Investment



Skills Expertise

  • Extensive experience with revenue-generating Marketing programs is essential.

  • Experience utilizing Salesforce, Marketo, and/or other CRM/ Automation tools is a must-have.

  • Online, social media, content and community marketing experience is preferred.

  • Excellent knowledge of the program management process, including segmentation and targeting.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce.com and Marketo.

  • Strong knowledge of, and the ability to apply the principles of market segmentation, brand management, marketing communications, and database and content marketing.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with team members.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the agility to respond to new and changing requirements based on both a dynamic market and company environment.

  • A juggler, able to handle lots of multiple projects, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines.

  • Ability to make appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.

  • Able to detect patterns, draw conclusions, and present conclusions to internal stakeholders (using your powers of persuasion to sell-in new ways of doing things)

  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Must be competent in speaking publicly to both small and large groups.

  • Highly motivated, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and comes with startup 'anything and everything' mentality.
