Rackspace is looking for a senior level Technical Recruiter to join our growing Mexico City team. In this role, you will provide the highest level of recruitment services to our technical and sales teams across Rackspace LATAM and Global Technical Support in Mexico City. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruiting top technical and sales talent and has experience in sourcing and attracting candidates with experience in Linux, Windows, Network Security, Virtualization and more! Growing our Mexico City office is a key component of our overall company strategy and this recruiter will help build it!
Key responsibilities include:
Provides an effective and consultative service to all stakeholders
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening and selection to negotiation, offer and close, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with Stakeholders, vendors and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
Leverages online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates and participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and lead the way in industry best practices
Develops a deep understanding of Rackspace and our culture and use this understanding to provide inspiring information to candidates about Rackspace, our business strategy and the opportunity
Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation in our recruitment system on all candidates, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities
Pro-actively provides data and market insights to stakeholders and business leaders
Partners with HR and Talent Development to ensure we have a joined-up approach to talent management
Works with local colleges and university to establish relationships and build pipeline
Fluency in English is required.
Extensive experience managing full lifecycle recruiting gained within the IT industry
Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire top technical and sales talent
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders
Strong negotiating skills.
Deep understanding of Mexico employment law and market salary and benefits offerings.
The ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations
Solution orientated, able to solve complex recruitment problems and challenges
