Our diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) strategy is built on the foundation of our company commitment to creating an inclusive culture through proactive people practices and policies.
It is furthered by a leadership commitment to allyship through visible, active championing of all Rackers through words and actions.
And, finally, it is brought to life by thousands of Rackers all around the world who act as one team, doing the right thing for our customers, communities and each other every day.
Racker Resource Groups
One way that our DIB commitment comes to life is through our Racker Resource Groups. We have nine of these Racker-led groups, which provide communities for Rackers to connect to, opportunities for career growth and leadership development, exposure to senior leaders and the chance to impact our company culture at the global level.
